Sarah Gunther
Executive Director
Sarah Gunther studied social work at IUPUI. She began her career with KEY in 2008 as a part-time warmline operator. She eventually became the Office Manager, and in March of 2019 was hired as Executive Director. Sarah strongly believes that recovery is not only possible, but should be expected. She is inspired by the people she talked with on the warmline, by their strength and courage to reach out for help. Sarah works every day to reduce the shame and stigma of mental health conditions and help people take charge of their wellness.
Janet Pottoroff
Office Manager
Janet has her master’s degree in social work. She has spent the last 26 years within the field of human services with expertise in substance use disorder and the criminal justice system. In 2003, Janet was awarded the prestigious honor of Substance Abuse Counselor of the Year from the Criminal Justice Association.
Donna Sutton
Warmline Operator
Donna has worked in the helping field for many years, including as a dental assistant and employment specialist. Previously, she was the coordinator of the Older Adult Program at KEY Consumer. Currently, she answers the warmline, using her lived experience to encourage others.
